Everything was great specially the customer service We ordered starters which was great, the main pasta unfortunately I have to give it back and exchange for different one because the pasta was a little crunchy for me but then I really enjoyed the second one. The dessert was a little plane . Fantastic recommendation for the white wine from the waiter with details explained. We was Extremely happy with customer service , really kind and professional. "We went for breakfast at Florio and were not disappointed! The hotel is meticulously well kept, historic and charming. We were met by name, and had a great breakfast on the veranda overlooking the garden and ocean. Breakfast was a buffet plus a small menu of plates from the kitchen. The staff was attentive and helpful -- so much so, they offered to carry your plate back to your table for you! Its on the pricey end, but we left feeling like royalty."

They had amazing suggestions and we were able to trust them with their offers and choices of wine for us. Everything was phenomenal from the food, wine, and service to the atmosphere with the music (great pianist) and the surrounding garden and marina. Such an amazing night we will never forget. "Enjoyed a wonderful dinner here after a full day of travel. Everything was delicious and served with flair. Our only issue (and it's a pet peeve) is that it took about 30 minutes and asking 3 different employees to get our check. Put a damper on the evening. However... the breakfast here is first class.. fresh fruit, assortment of whatever you like and beautiful smiling service!!"

"We had an amazing dinner at Florio, inside the beautiful Hotel Villa Igiea. The place is stunning, with a perfect mix of elegance and charm. Francesco, our waiter, was terrific and really made us feel welcome. The service was top-notch! We started the evening with some exquisite champagne, and the food was just delightful. I have to mention how accommodating they were with gluten-free and dairy-free options — they even had fresh gluten-free pasta for me, which was a huge plus! To top off the evening, the restaurant surprised us with a gift: free strawberries for dessert. It was the perfect way to end the night. Highly recommend Florio if you’re looking for a special dinner in Palermo!"
